The electric properties of fluorosilicone rubber are similar to those of ordinary silicone rubber, but the most valuable thing is that the change of fluorosilicone rubber is very small under the harsh conditions of high temperature, low temperature, humidity, oil, solvent, chemicals, ozone and so on. The radiation resistance of fluorosilicone rubber is not outstanding, but its radiation aging resistance is better than that of methyl vinyl silicone rubber.

The mechanical strength (especially tear strength) of fluorosilicone rubber is lower than that of ordinary silicone rubber. Therefore, improving the strength of fluorosilicone rubber is also an important research topic.






6、 Other features






Fluorosilicone rubber has excellent weather aging resistance, even after 5 years of exposure, it still has good performance. Ozone is one of the most important gases in the aging process of elastomers, but no cracks or cracks are found in fluorosilicone rubber after dynamic or static tests.








In conclusion, it can be seen that compared with ordinary silica gel products, fluorosilicone rubber is more prominent in performance and service life.
