Silicone rubber products on cars, such as tires, transmission belts, and dust covers, often experience aging, expansion, or deformation, leading to poor performance and shorter service life. The aging of silicone rubber products is mainly due to the fact that silicone rubber is an unsaturated polymer hydrocarbon that easily absorbs oxygen from the air and oxidizes. At the same time, vulcanized silicone rubber also has a certain degree of breathability, making it easy for oxygen to enter the interior and cause oxidation. Especially direct sunlight can promote rapid aging of rubber. Rubber products contaminated with gasoline and engine oil can cause volume expansion, loosening of the resin, and decreased elasticity.
