2、 Recruitment conditions
1. The recommended candidates should be fresh graduates or graduate students (first year of master's degree is preferred);
2. Actively support the leadership of the Communist Party of China, have a firm political position and high political literacy, and have a strong sense of organizational discipline;
3. Excellent character and learning, correct learning attitude, good academic performance and no failing courses, good mass foundation and interpersonal relationship;
4. He has been a major student cadre at school level or participated in voluntary service for more than one year, with rich working experience, strong working ability and innovation ability;
5. Have a good sense of overall situation, a certain ability of organization and coordination, and a strong ability of language expression;
6. Party members, outstanding student cadres and outstanding young volunteers are given priority under the same conditions.
3、 Relevant requirements
1. The Youth League Committee of each college shall actively recommend the students who meet the requirements to participate in the volunteer selection of the provincial project office of the northern Jiangsu plan in strict accordance with the recruitment conditions;
2. The admitted volunteers enjoy the volunteer treatment of "Subei plan" and are given certain subsidies;
3. The Youth League Committee of each college shall send the basic information (see the end of the article) and personal photos (1 certificate photo and 1 life photo) of the recommended candidates to the designated mailbox before May 11, and the Youth League Committee of the college will carry out examination and interview according to the resume.
