The theme party day of the first party branch of the students in the school of landscape architecture of Northeast Forestry University was successfully held
The victory of "epidemic" is imminent, and the flowers in late spring are full of deep water. Intoxicated in the beauty of April, the world earth day is coming. In order to lead the students to understand the world earth day, deeply study Xi Jinping's idea of emphasizing the voluntary tree planting activities in the capital, and clarify the importance of the major to the construction of ecological civilization and the protection of the ecological environment. The theme of the first party branch of the College of Landscape Architecture is "green heart and green hills and warm spring flowers". In April 24, 2020, the theme party day activities in April were successfully held.
This party day activity was presided over by Mr. Xu Yiming, Secretary of the Party branch, who explained the knowledge of world earth day, shared the spirit of instruction related to General Secretary Xi's seven-year tree planting experience and ecological civilization construction, led us to review the spirit of Saihanba, remember China's contribution to the earth environment in recent years, and understand the meaning of the major to the cause of environmental protection Righteousness and contribution. The activities are divided into four parts: a brief introduction of world earth day, a review of the seven years of tree planting experience led by General Secretary Xi, a contribution to beautiful China (Saihanba spirit), and a good story of our ecological civilization. The students spoke enthusiastically and the atmosphere was warm.

World Earth Day and Chinese power
Kang Zhihao, member of the organization committee of the branch, explained the origin of world earth day and the ten major environmental problems that threaten human existence at present. Then, Mr. Xu Yiming shared with a video the great contribution China has made to the earth environment in the past 17 years.
As a landscape architect, we should bear in mind the great contribution and hard work of our predecessors for the protection of the earth's environment and learn their spirit of struggle. Write down the school motto of "learn to participate in the world, and combine morality with nature" in my heart, take active action, take responsibility, apply what I have learned to practice, and make a contribution to the cause of environmental protection.

Understanding and learning of General Secretary Xi's seven years of tree planting experience and important directive spirit
Mr. Xu Yiming led the students to review President Xi's tree planting experience in the past seven years from three aspects: what kind, what kind, and how kind. The president did his best, waved the spade and shoveled the earth himself, and issued the strongest call with action. The teacher also led us to learn and understand the important instruction spirit of President Xi when he participated in the voluntary tree planting activity in the capital on April 3, and advocated the students to actively participate in the voluntary tree planting activity using their professional knowledge.

Reliving the spirit of Saihanba and telling our story of ecological civilization
By sharing a moving video, Mr. Xu led us to review the Saihanba spirit that Donglin students are familiar with, pay homage to the predecessors who wrote the green miracle of Saihanba with the hard-working spirit of Donglin, and lead the students to start from daily life, start from details, love and protect the ecological environment, and love the earth on which we live.

To express one's own opinions and feelings
In the interactive link, the students had a heated discussion. Members of branches such as Kang Zhihao and Wan mengrui actively shared the changes of their environment in recent years, and thought about what they could do for the construction of national ecological civilization from a personal point of view, and how they could show the style of garden students. The theme party day activity was successfully concluded in the lively interaction and laughter of the branch members.
Our time of caring for the earth and the environment is far beyond the world earth day. "Green water and green mountains are the golden mountains and silver mountains", which is the instruction of the general secretary; "learn from heaven and earth, and combine virtue with nature", which is the instruction of the alma mater. As a member of the school of landscape architecture, we should infuse our knowledge and youth into the cause of ecological civilization construction, decorate rivers and mountains with rich brocade, and paint the land with blue colors. When the epidemic is over and the spring flowers are blooming, we will meet again with the colorful campus to compose the music of youth together!
