At 12:00 p.m. on April 26, 2020, the second lecture of "Party member development process" of the joint Party School of School of information and School of mechanical and electrical engineering of Northeast Forestry University started on time at Tencent meeting. The main content of this party class is to tell you how to become a glorious Communist Party member. Mr. Fu Shupeng started with the current situation of Party members, saying: at present, there are more party members in China, and the quality of Party members has declined. At present, when developing party members, we should optimize the structure, control the total amount, improve the quality, and pay attention to the role of Party members.
The first step in the development of Party members is to train activists to join the party. To join the party, we must first establish and have a correct motive for joining the party. Before joining the party, we must first think about the motives for joining the party. After determining the motivation for joining the party, students are required to submit an application for joining the party. At this time, the applicant is required to be at least 18 years old. Fu Shupeng reminded that if all the applications were copied, it would have an impact on the subsequent promotion. After submitting the application for joining the party, the party organization will first talk with each other, and then the mass organizations where the applicant belongs will carry out the work of promoting the best; if it is the masses, the party members will carry out the work of recommendation. After the work of promoting excellence is completed and the applicant is successfully recommended, the Party branch shall discuss and decide and report to the superior party organization. Teacher Fu Shupeng emphasized: to identify the development objects, we must also make good progress. We must have a mass basis. Therefore, our classmates should unite their classmates on the basis of their own improvement, and play an advanced role among our classmates, so that they can be trusted by teachers and students.
About the writing format of the volunteer letter for joining the party, Mr. Fu Shupeng also made a detailed explanation: it should start with "I volunteer to join the Communist Party of China", end with "invite Party organizations to investigate me in practice", and add their own contents in the middle. First of all, make clear the nature of the party in the latest version of the party constitution; then, write out your own understanding of the party's historical events in combination with your own views; then, describe your performance in school, write out your own advantages and disadvantages; finally, write down two situations: if you can accept or not.
Then we will carry out an inspection of the probationary party members. After becoming a probationary Party member, he shall be incorporated into the Party branch and participate in Party activities on a regular basis. The probationary party members also need to attend a series of Party classes and submit their ideological reports regularly. When the probationary period reaches half a year, they need to submit half a year's appraisal. The probationary period of a probationary Party member shall be one year. If there are special circumstances, the probationary Party member may be extended for a period of not less than half a year and not more than one year. Upon the expiration of the preparatory period, the probationary Party member shall submit an application for becoming a full member. At this time, the opinions of the party members and the masses shall be solicited first, and then the Party branch committee shall review after passing the review. If the materials are complete and there is no problem, the Party branch committee shall put forward the opinions on becoming a full member, and the Party branch meeting shall discuss the matters of becoming a full member. At the Party Congress of the branch, the Party branch committee first introduces the investigation situation and puts forward the opinions on becoming a regular member in combination with the performance of the preparatory party members during the preparatory period. After the party members present their opinions, they shall vote by secret ballot and submit the voting results to the superior.
After completing the above process, we will officially become a glorious Communist Party member.
