According to statistics, from January to February 2020, the import volume of isoprene rubber in China was 3262.500 tons, the average import price was 2222.61 US dollars / ton, the import volume decreased by 15.16% year on year, and the cumulative import volume decreased by 15.16% year on year. Among them, the import volume of isoprene rubber in primary shape is 607.799 tons, with an average price of 3014.43 US dollars / ton; the import volume of isoprene rubber plate, sheet and belt is 2654.701 tons, with an average price of 2041.32 US dollars / ton. Due to the impact of international public health events, the overall consumption of isoprene rubber industry chain is stagnant, the import volume shows a downward trend, the performance of domestic market is not optimistic, and the impact of tire export damage continues. It can be seen from the above table that Japan, the source country of isoprene rubber import from January to February in China, occupies the first place, accounting for 55.60%, followed by Russia, accounting for 40.77%. Due to the impact of domestic public health events and other factors, domestic businesses returned to the market late, and there was little intention to prepare goods before the festival. On the whole, although Japan's import volume surged into the first place from January to February, its price remained at a high level.
