Nanjing Forestry University is an institution which is in charge of the Provincial Department of education. In order to better select talents suitable for posts and strengthen the construction of teaching and scientific research staff, Nanjing Forestry University is now recruiting high-level talents for the public. In accordance with the measures of Jiangsu Province on public recruitment of public institutions and other provisions, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:
1、 Working principles
(1) Adhere to the principle of post recruitment and classified management. According to the needs of the school's career development, within the approved total number of posts, in accordance with the specific post responsibilities and qualifications of professional and technical posts, the examination and assessment method is adopted to select the best, employ and manage by category, and strengthen the construction of high-level talent team.
(2) Adhere to the principle of openness, fairness and competition. Adhere to the employment standards of both ability and morality, fair and open recruitment, open recruitment information, open recruitment process and open recruitment results.
(3) Adhere to scientific setting and standardized operation. In strict accordance with the relevant regulations of public recruitment of staff in Institutions of Jiangsu Province, the school sets recruitment conditions scientifically, studies recruitment methods carefully, ensures the scientificity, impartiality, specialization and public reliability of examination and assessment, and consciously accepts the supervision of all sectors of society.
2、 Application conditions
1. Have the nationality of the people's Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws of the people's Republic of China.
2. Abide by laws and disciplines, conduct well, unite and cooperate, respect the industry and the public, and be honest and upright.
3. Adapt to the physical conditions required by the post, and be able to engage in teaching and scientific research.
4. The age of doctoral students or those with deputy senior professional and technical posts shall not exceed 40 years old (born after January 1, 1980), and the age of those with senior professional and technical posts shall not exceed 45 years old (born after January 1, 1975).
5. Have the professional and technical qualifications required by the post (see the post table for details). Fresh graduates shall graduate before December 31, 2020 and obtain corresponding academic qualifications and degree certificates; graduates of teaching and scientific research institutions at home and abroad studying at the same time refer to those studying in teaching and scientific research institutions at home and abroad and studying at the same time with domestic fresh graduates. The time requirements for graduation at the same time are the same as that of domestic fresh graduates.
6. Taiwan students who have obtained full-time college education in mainland China and other Taiwan residents who have obtained the recognized education in mainland China shall apply in accordance with the relevant regulations of the state and our province.
3、 Sign up
(1) Time, place and method of application
Candidates apply through the "open recruitment platform of public institutions affiliated to Jiangsu Province", upload photos and conduct preliminary qualification examination synchronously through the network. Registration website: http://sydwzk.jshrss.gov.cn.
1. Registration and photo upload time: 09:00, March 20, 2020 to 12:00, October 30, 2020.
2. Qualification preliminary examination time: 09:00, March 20, 2020 to 16:00, October 30, 2020.
(2) Online confirmation
1. Applicants can go to the application website to check whether they have passed the preliminary qualification examination of the recruitment department (unit) 24 hours after submitting the application information online (weekend or holiday time will be postponed).
2. No application fee and examination fee will be charged for this open recruitment, and registration will be successful after passing the preliminary examination.
3. If the applicant fails to confirm the application qualification and upload photos on time, the application will be deemed invalid.
(3) Notes for registration
1. According to the job requirements and online prompts, the candidates fill in the relevant information truthfully, and upload their recent two inch (35 × 45mm) certificate photo of bareheaded front, in JPG format, with the size of less than 20KB.
2. Candidates can only select one position registration from the position table. After passing the preliminary qualification examination, the registration information cannot be changed. Candidates who fail to pass the preliminary qualification examination can report other positions that meet the qualification conditions during the application period. Candidates should use the second generation of resident ID card within the validity period for registration, and the ID card used for registration and interview assessment must be the same.
3. When applying for the job, please fill in the column of "study and work experience" with your research direction, main papers and works (indicate the journal name, year, period, starting and ending page number, and indicate the information of the first author or independent author or corresponding author (tutor is the first author)) and research topics (indicate the information of hosting or participation, ranking, research funds, etc.), which are not filled in Papers and subjects are regarded as no relevant research results.
4. Nanjing Forestry University reviews the information provided by the candidates. Once the applicant is verified, he / she will be disqualified.
5. There is no opening proportion for this open recruitment.
6. The personnel office of Nanjing Forestry University shall inform the candidates of the time and place to participate in the assessment by telephone or email. Candidates should attend at the specified time and place, otherwise they will be rejected.
7. Applicants are not allowed to apply under any of the following circumstances:
(1) Active servicemen and college students are not fresh graduates;
(2) If the applicant has husband wife relationship, direct blood relationship, collateral blood relationship within three generations, close in marriage relationship and other relatives to be avoided with the staff of public institutions, he shall not apply for the management position with direct superior subordinate leadership relationship, and the position to be avoided as required by the regulations on personnel management avoidance of public institutions.
If the person in charge of the employing unit and the public recruitment staff have the above-mentioned kinship with the applicant, or there are other circumstances that may affect the fairness of the public recruitment, they shall be avoided.
(3) Those who have not yet been relieved of disciplinary sanctions or are undergoing disciplinary review, or whose time limit for criminal punishment has not expired, or who are being investigated for suspected illegal crimes;
(4) Personnel who are not allowed to apply for relevant posts in public institutions according to other regulations of the state and the province.
4、 Assessment method and organization
(1) Qualification review
Before the assessment, our school will review the qualifications of the candidates, and the candidates must submit the following original and copies:
1. The highest degree, degree certificate, ID card, professional and technical post qualification certificate;
2. The domestic fresh graduates shall provide the employment recommendation form of two-way choice of graduates uniformly printed by the provincial education administrative department issued by their colleges and universities, and the overseas returnees shall provide the certificate of overseas returnees and the certificate of overseas academic degree issued by the overseas study service center of the Ministry of education.
(2) Assessment method
The method of trial lecture assessment is adopted. The total score of assessment is 100, and the qualified line is 70. The test results are final, no employment is allowed if it is lower than 70 points, and the test results will be announced on the spot.
5、 Physical examination, investigation and employment
(1) After the assessment, among the qualified candidates, the candidates for physical examination shall be determined from high score to low score according to the proportion of 1:1 of the number of candidates to be recruited according to the test scores. The physical examination standard shall be implemented in accordance with the general standard for physical examination for recruitment of national civil servants (for Trial Implementation), and shall also meet the physical examination requirements for qualification certification of teachers in Jiangsu Province.
(2) The school shall inspect the personnel to be employed who pass the physical examination, and determine the list of personnel to be employed according to the physical examination and inspection results. In case of vacancy due to physical examination, unqualified inspection and other reasons, it will not be supplemented.
(3) According to the results of assessment, physical examination and investigation, the university will publish the list of personnel to be employed for 7 working days on the website of Jiangsu Provincial Department of human resources and social security and Nanjing Forestry University Personnel Office. The publicity contents include post number, recruitment unit, post name, name of the personnel to be employed, graduation college, current work unit, all results, total results, ranking of recruitment examination, etc.
(4) For those who have no objection to the public announcement, Nanjing Forestry University will handle the relevant employment procedures for them and sign an employment contract with them after being put on record by the provincial human resources and social security department. The probation period of the first employed personnel is 12 months, and the probation period of the other employed personnel is 6 months. Upon the expiration of the probation period, they will be assessed as qualified and rated; if they fail to pass the assessment, the employment relationship will be terminated.
Under one of the following circumstances, the school will cancel the employment qualification: (1) the personnel without work unit will not sign the employment contract with the school within 15 working days after the school informs them to sign the employment contract; (2) the fresh graduates will not obtain the corresponding academic degree certificate on schedule.
