Event rewards:
1、 Individual awards
(1) According to the final results of each project, individual individual awards will be evaluated, with the proportion of 10% of the number of participants in the same project. The title of "fitness expert" will be awarded and the certificate will be issued.
(2) Freshmen and sophomores participate in the evaluation of physical education performance in this semester. The "cloud fitness" score accounts for 60% of the physical education performance, and students who have won the honor of "fitness expert" in single event challenge competition will be given five points (the upper limit of physical education performance is 100 points).
2、 College Group Award
According to the enrollment rate of the College (the proportion of the number of students enrolled in the college) to evaluate the group award, the top eight colleges will be included in the total score of the college sports meeting in this year with the ranking scores of 18, 16, 14, 12, 10, 8, 6 and 4 respectively.

Participants:
1. All full-time freshmen and sophomores (including Huai'an campus) must participate in the competition, and two of the three must be selected.
The result of this competition is also one of the results of the physical education assessment of this semester (the scoring standard is published by each teacher in the physical education class group, if the physical conditions of students are not allowed, please explain the situation).
2. Undergraduate and graduate students in junior and senior year can sign up for the competition voluntarily, and choose one of the three.
Safety tips:
All participating units shall remind the applicants to pay attention to the fitness safety: before the competition, please do a good job of warm-up and make sure that your body condition is suitable for the competition. Video shooting requirements:
① . generally, shooting in indoor sports scenes is not limited to shooting equipment;
② . horizontal screen shooting, SLR camera shooting requires tripod stability, mobile phone shooting is best to use mobile phone tripod stability;
③ . pay attention to your image during video recording. Wear sportswear and sports shoes. Make sure that the environment is clean and tidy when you take out the film. The competition area should be demarcated in advance. The players in the video can not go out of the area. Once they leave the picture, they will not be counted;
④ . contestants need to make their own number book (A4 paper size: college, student number, name, upper, middle and lower structure) and place it in the video screen to ensure it is clear and visible. Submit the video with "name + college + student number + Project + score".
⑤ . the shooting background is clean and tidy;
⑥ . there must be a stopwatch timer screen in the video screen;
⑦ . in the video of push ups, sit ups and rope skipping, the contestants shall report the completion times by themselves or loudly by their companions. If it is a countable skipping rope, please take the final recorded number out of the camera (but skipping rope cannot leave the camera lens, otherwise the score will be invalid).
⑧ . contestants are strictly forbidden to play the role of fraud and impostor. Once investigated and punished, they will be dealt with seriously.
Project evaluation standard:
1、 1 minute push ups
1. The palms of both hands are used as the supporting points, the arms are open, the width is the same as or slightly wider than the shoulder, the back, waist and buttocks are in a straight line, the elbows are forced, and the arms are bent;
2. In the process of push-up, each movement should start from straight arm. When bending the arm downward, the elbow clamping degree should be no more than 90 °. If not, the number of times will not be counted;
3. The score is calculated by the number of times completed in 1 minute (if the number is the same, the more standard the action is, the higher the rank is).
2、 1 minute sit up
1. Lie on the mat with your body on your back, palms on your legs, feet on the mat, knees bent on both legs (slightly apart), and legs at right angles.
2. The other person presses his hands on the two ankle joints of the contestant (or fixed his feet by himself). When he is sitting up, he will exert force on his abdomen. When he is leaning up, he will slide his hands to the knee joints. It is one time for his hands to touch the knee joints.
3. In the process of sit up, if the back does not fully touch the pad and the buttock is off the pad when lying on the back, it is a foul action, not counting the times.
4. Take the score based on the number of times completed in 1 minute (if the number is the same, the more standard the action is, the higher the rank is).
3、 One minute rope skipping
1. Single person single swing rope skipping. In the competition, the number of successful rope skipping is taken as the scoring method, and only one time is counted for one time of rope skipping;
2. Take the total number of rope skipping in 1 minute as the final score (if the number is the same, then the next ranking will be cancelled).
4、 Plate support
1. Lie on your face, bend your elbows and support them on the ground, keep your shoulders and elbow joints perpendicular to the ground, step on the ground with your feet, and keep your body off the ground;
2. Tummy down, hip up, head up or down, elbow distance and shoulder width are regarded as violations, stop immediately;
3. During the competition, it is allowed to make a fine adjustment. Under the premise of maintaining the standard flat posture, the elbow, toe and small range movement are allowed once.
4. The final result of this project is the length of time (if the length of time is the same, the more standard the action is, the higher the ranking is).
