Nanjing Forestry University 2019 comprehensive evaluation enrollment summary
According to the spirit of the notice of the Provincial Department of education on doing well in the pilot work of comprehensive evaluation and enrollment reform of colleges and universities in 2019 (SJK [2019] No. 6), after the research and decision of the University, our university will continue to carry out the pilot work of comprehensive evaluation and enrollment reform in Jiangsu Province in 2019. The relevant measures are hereby promulgated as follows:
1、 Enrollment plan
The number of students enrolled shall not exceed 5% of the total number of the first enrollment plan of our university in 2019.
5、 Selection procedure
（1） Preliminary qualification examination
After the registration deadline, the school will organize experts to conduct preliminary qualification examination for candidates (those with incomplete materials will be deemed as failing in the preliminary examination), and convert the preliminary examination of candidates into "preliminary examination score" (full score of 200), and determine the list of candidates who have passed the preliminary qualification examination.
After the list of candidates passing the preliminary qualification examination is approved by the leading group of undergraduate enrollment, it will be published on the undergraduate enrollment network and enrollment system of our university before May 10, and submitted to Jiangsu Education and Examination Institute for filing as required.
（2） Qualification review
Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination of qualification shall bring their original ID card (or household register), application form with official seal and relevant certificates to our school for registration and reexamination at 8:00-12:00 on June 16. Candidates who have passed the reexamination shall obtain the interview qualification and get the interview permit on site.
（3） Interview
1. The interview mainly assesses students' communication and expression ability, learning ability, comprehensive quality and innovation potential, etc;
2. The interview time is initially set for 14:00-22:00 on June 16. Candidates with interview qualification must come to our university for interview according to the specified time. The full score of "interview score" is 200, and the specific arrangement of interview will be released in time through the undergraduate enrollment network of our university.
（4） Selection and publicity
According to the ranking of "school examination score", the students of Arts and Sciences shall be selected according to the selection of candidates no more than 3 times of the comprehensive evaluation enrollment plan. Candidates are divided into a and B to enjoy different preferential policies:
Grade A: for the selected candidates with excellent scores, the total score of college entrance examination culture shall reach 10 points (including 10 points) below the lowest control line of the first batch of provincial admission for the undergraduate of the subject category;
File B: for the selected candidates with excellent score in the college entrance examination, the total score of college entrance examination culture must reach the lowest control line of the first batch of provincial admission for the undergraduate of the subject category.
After being approved by the undergraduate enrollment leading group of our university, the list of candidates selected shall be submitted to Jiangsu Education Examination Institute before June 22, and shall be publicized on the undergraduate enrollment network of our university for no less than 10 working days. If any report is reported and verified, the comprehensive evaluation and admission qualification will be cancelled.
6、 Admission policy
Candidates must take part in the national unified college entrance examination. The two selected subjects must have a grade of BB or above, and the test results of the required subjects must be qualified (or grade C or above). According to the examinee's college entrance examination scores, school examination scores, selected subjects and other dimensions, our school carries out multiple weighted comprehensive evaluation to form a comprehensive evaluation score (960 points in total). The evaluation method is as follows:
According to the comprehensive evaluation scores of the candidates and the filling of their professional wishes, professional admission shall be carried out according to the principle of "score first". Under the condition of the same score of comprehensive evaluation, the scores of college entrance examination, school entrance examination and the grades of selected subjects are compared in turn, and the scores of physical education subjects in senior high school are referred for admission.
Candidates admitted through comprehensive evaluation will enjoy the preferential policy of changing majors in the second year after entering the University, and their application qualification will not be restricted by the basic conditions of changing majors.
