On the morning of April 2, Sujiatuo town organized a whistle blowing and report work promotion meeting for suspected illegal villa project, attended by relevant project leaders of Haidian Branch of municipal planning and self Commission, district culture and Tourism Bureau and Experimental Forest Farm of Beijing Forestry University. The meeting was presided over by Zhang Shijun, vice mayor of the town.

The meeting mainly discussed the work arrangement and the next work plan of the suspected illegal villa project in our town. First of all, Feng Zhe, the leader of the inspection team, introduced the specific work progress of the suspected illegal villa project, and proposed the possible risks and problems in the process of promoting the filing of the case.

According to the difficulties in promoting the work of our town, Liu Shukai, the relevant person in charge of Haidian Branch of the municipal planning and self supervision commission, said that the renewal procedures and planning approval of the project should be confirmed, and relevant materials should be collected as much as possible by looking up the historical files, requiring the territorial units and project units to implement the main responsibility and cooperate with the next work arrangement of Haidian Branch. Yang Bo, deputy leader of the cultural relics law enforcement team of the culture and Tourism Bureau of the District, thinks that the subject of responsibility should be clarified and gives guidance on the project content.

Wang Aimin, deputy director of the experimental forest farm of Beijing Forestry University, said that he would actively cooperate with the town government's investigation according to the guidance plan of Haidian Branch and district culture and Tourism Bureau of the municipal planning and self Commission, assume the main responsibility of the project, provide relevant supporting materials, and continue to help solve the problems in the layout of suspected illegal villa projects.

The town judicial office, forestry station, cultural service center, tourism office and urban management team also made relevant statements according to the project situation, saying that they would cooperate with the inspection team to continue to promote the nature confirmation and investigation of suspected illegal villa projects.

Finally, Zhang Shijun summarized the results of the meeting and put forward the next work requirements. Zhang Shijun said that the whistle reporting is of great significance to the promotion of the suspected illegal villa project, and Haidian Branch of the municipal planning and self Commission, the district culture and Tourism Bureau and the experimental forest farm of Beijing Forestry University vigorously cooperated with the work of our town. Next, our town will continue to implement territorial responsibility, which will be coordinated and promoted by the inspection team. According to the project materials provided by each unit, we will do a good job in information reporting and case investigation. We will maintain a high-pressure situation of cracking down on the general illegal projects confirmed as illegal villas, so as to ensure that there are no omissions in the layout, no errors in the information, and high-quality and efficient completion of the tasks assigned by the superior departments.
