Beijing Forestry University, a national key university, is subordinate to the Ministry of education of the people's Republic of China. The school of art and design of Beijing Forestry University takes green design as its concept, emphasizes the cultivation of design innovation ability, and has distinct discipline characteristics. The College of art and design now has five art majors, namely, environmental design, product design, visual communication design, digital media art and animation. Among them, the product design major has been awarded the first-class undergraduate major in Beijing. (1) Environment art design
Training objective: to cultivate comprehensive talents with high theoretical level, comprehensive practical skills and development potential. The training direction not only includes the traditional interior design, landscape design, display design, architecture and public facilities design, but also relies on the characteristics of our school's disciplines, focusing on expanding students' innovative design capabilities in the fields of furniture design, interior furnishing design, comprehensive material design and production.
Main courses: interior design, landscape design, display art design, display design, furniture modeling design, interior decoration engineering, preliminary architectural design, etc.
Employment direction: graduates can be engaged in design management, design and construction management, or teaching and scientific research in related fields in relevant government departments and institutions, professional design institutes and various types of design and construction enterprises.

The product design major was awarded the first-class undergraduate major in Beijing in 2019. Conditions for registration
1.
