Foamed silicone rubber has excellent high temperature resistance. The temperature can reach 200 ℃ to 350 ℃. It is composed of component A and component B. Component AB is mixed in 1:1 ratio. The product is white in color. It is a soft elastic material after vulcanization.

Application of foaming silicone rubber:

1. It is used as thermal insulation, sound insulation and shockproof materials. It is widely used in automotive sun visors, automotive thermal insulation pads, steering wheels, door handles, aircraft, boats and ships, chemicals, cushions, mattresses, sanitary products, medical mechanisms and other industrial fields,
2. It is used for shock absorption and buffer accessories. For example: silicone foam sealing strip, silicone foam sheet, anti-seismic silicone foam board, silicone foam roll, copier transfer roller sponge tube, printer shaft sponge tube, silicone foam insulation tube, etc
3. Used for product filling. Such as toys, latex pillows, sofas, bags, dolls and other products.
