Note: Mold temperature is too low or vulcanization time is too short will cause overall immaturity.


2. Internal immaturity


Manifestation: Appear on solid products with large volume, adjust the temperature, exhaust and discharge mode when forming, so that the products that need certain time for vulcanization can be produced ahead of time. There is no abnormality in the extruded products, but in fact the interior is not completely vulcanized.


Attention: Sufficient curing time is necessary to ensure quality. If the vulcanization time is not guaranteed, the silicone rubber products will bulge or even explode.


3. Partial immaturity


Manifestation: The appearance and function of most parts of the silica gel products can meet the quality requirements after forming, but a small part of the parts will appear completely unvulcanized gel, and the surface of the silica gel products will appear more.


Example: silicone rubber keys appear on the substrate and the inclined wall of load, and conductive gel keys appear on the conductive substrate.
