Two. The brittleness of  silicone rubber  products is caused by too high molding temperature or too long vulcanization time.
Solution: Reduce temperature to control vulcanization time.
Three.  silicone rubber products are brittle due to poor ventilation or high temperature of secondary sulphur addition.
Solution: Attention should be paid to adjusting the ventilation and temperature of secondary sulphur addition.
Four. Silica gel itself is raw material.
The main reason for brittleness of  silicone rubber  products is that the quality of  silicone rubber products is not good and the tear strength can not meet the requirements. In addition, many manufacturers of silicone rubber  products now fill silica powder into the rubber materials to reduce the cost, which leads to the original tear strength can not meet the requirements. The compound is more crisp.
Solution: For the production of pure rubber without silica powder, for those with slightly higher requirements, we still need to use famous brands of rubber to produce. Special products may also be manufactured with high-tension rubber (meteorological glue) to meet tear strength requirements.
