Application of Additive Molding Liquid Fluorosilica Gel-Demoulding Agent
The release agent is a functional material between the die and the finished product. The release agent is chemically resistant and does not dissolve in contact with chemical components of different properties. The release agent also has heat resistance and stress resistance, and is not easy to decompose or wear; the release agent adheres to the die without transferring to the processed parts, which does not hinder painting or other secondary processing operations. Due to the rapid development of injection, extrusion, calendering, moulding, lamination and other processes, the amount of release agent has been greatly increased.
Application of Additive Molding Liquid Fluorosilica Gel-Demoulding Agent
Because of its low surface energy, liquid fluorosilicone rubber has the following advantages in the application of release agent:


1. Liquid fluorosilica gel has mild reaction conditions, short process, simple process and good demoulding durability when used as demoulding agent.


2. When the release agent is transferred to the forming material, there is no adverse effect on the electroplating, hot-pressing, printing, painting, bonding and other processed products.


3. The thermal stability of liquid fluorosilica gel is good, so there is no need to worry about the carbonization phenomenon caused by the high temperature of the die.


4. Because it contains trifluoropropyl, it is not easy to adhere to oil dirt under the conditions of use, so the surface of the product is smooth and beautiful, and it will not cause dust adhesion because of the release agent which sticks to the hair.
The liquid fluorosilicone rubber has low surface tension and good wettability. Even if it is used in a small amount, it can be evenly distributed to all corners of the die. It can also be easily demoulded for complex products.
