The vulcanization of dealcoholized two-component silicone rubber is different from that of single component silicone rubber which only absorbs water vapor in the air. The vulcanization of dealcoholized two-component silicone rubber is not so dependent on water vapor, but more depends on the special structure of crosslinking agent (tetraalkoxysilane crosslinking agent) to achieve faster deep vulcanization rate. Its vulcanization is significantly different from that of single component silicone rubber. Main ingredients: basic polymer (107 silicone rubber), tetraethyl orthosilicate or propyl orthosilicate as crosslinking agent, stannic silicate as catalyst, powder, silane coupling agent, etc.

1、 Insulating glass adhesive sealant (construction adhesive industry)
Dealcoholized two-component silicone rubber is usually used for secondary sealing of insulating glass, which has the advantages of high modulus, high strength and excellent adhesion. The two components are mixed according to the specified proportion (common 10:1) and vulcanized to form elastomer.
Basic formula: component a mainly consists of 107 silicone rubber, powder and plasticizer, while component B mainly consists of 107 silicone rubber, plasticizer, crosslinking agent, coupling agent and catalyst (Note: component B should be sealed and stored, which may cause skin or failure when exposed to air)
2、 Electronic potting adhesive (Industrial Electronics)
Commonly used in power supply, display screen, led, photovoltaic and other industrial electronics, it is the most common dealcoholized two-component silicone rubber used in the field of industrial electronics industry. It is usually used as electronic potting material to play the role of waterproof, moisture-proof, anti-corrosion, etc., and is widely used. The most commonly used proportion is 10:1, which can also be adjusted to 5:1 or 4:1 according to the special application field, and the basic proportion is 10:1.
Basic formula: component a mainly includes 107 silicone rubber, powder, silicone oil, vulcanization accelerator, and component B mainly includes crosslinking agent, coupling agent, catalyst, etc. (Note: component B should be sealed to prevent the hydrolysis of curing agent from affecting the normal performance)
Dealcoholized two-component electronic potting sealant is not only used for potting, but also has low viscosity. Component B is close to liquid, which is quite different from the 10:1 insulating glass sealant described above. In recent years, although its deep curing rate is much higher than that of single component silicone rubber, it is still slow compared with another 1:1 hydrosilylation potting rubber vulcanized by heating, which affects the construction and application efficiency, resulting in a significant reduction in its application in power potting industry; But it has good adhesion (compared with 1:1 non adhesion), which makes it widely used in photovoltaic, display, floor lamp and other industries.
3、 Strip coating (electronic LED field)
Generally, the coating type glue needs lower viscosity (< 1000cs is better), so as to facilitate spray and brush coating. The dealcoholic two-component silicone rubber used for lamp strip coating is in the form of transparent rubber, many of which are volatile, and the common ratio is 2:1 and 1:1. In use, first mix according to a certain proportion, then spray on the light strip, play a three prevention role; Because of the application field, the product needs high transparency and certain strength. The conventional reinforcing powder can not be used, so it is necessary to select the appropriate resin for reinforcement.

This type of product is mainly used for the bonding seal in the place where the curing is required to be fast, such as headlight, fog lamp, household appliances, etc. the common proportion is 2:1 and 1:1. The A and B components mainly exist in paste or semi flowing paste form, such as Huitian ht-4061, etc; There are also some other special proportions, such as silicone 662, 1062 fog lamp sealant, which is (10-12): 1.
