Application of liquid silicone rubber

1. Mold making silicone rubber 
Mold making liquid silicone is a new type of mold making material. Compared with steel mold, silicone mold made of mold silicone has great advantages in production efficiency and production cost. Nowadays, silicone mold has been widely used in the toy and gift industry, character reproduction, building decoration industry, unsaturated resin crafts industry.

2. Pad printing silicone
Pad printing liquid silicone rubber is used to make pad printing rubber head, mainly used for printing plastic toys, electroplating products, electronic toys, trademarks and irregular patterns. Pad printing rubber head is to make the pattern on the steel plate as the carrier through the rubber head, and then transfer the pattern on the steel plate to the toy products. The hardness of pad printing liquid silica gel can be controlled by adding silicone oil.

3. Electronic encapsulation of silicone rubber 
Electronic potting liquid silicone rubber is mainly used for potting of electronic products. The use of electronic potting liquid silicone rubber can play the role of sealing, waterproof, dustproof, heat conduction, shockproof, insulation and so on. In addition, one is used for LED potting adhesive, which has the characteristics of high transparency and high refractive index.

4. Hand silicone
Handboard liquid silicone rubber is also known as the first version of silicone rubber, which is usually used to make handboard model. Compared with handboard oil mud, handboard liquid silicone rubber has the characteristics of wear resistance and strong resilience after curing.

5. Silicone glue
Silicone glue is what we usually call glass glue, it is also a kind of liquid silica gel. In the process of using silicone adhesive, the curing agent is added disorderly, and the water molecules in the air can be solidified into a tough solid, so as to achieve the adhesion between the glass gaps. The cured silicone adhesive has the characteristics of weather resistance, vibration resistance, moisture-proof, odor resistance and large adaptation to hot and cold changes.

6. Clothing label
After the liquid clothing label silica gel solidifies, we often see the silica gel label of clothing manufacturers. Using liquid silica gel to make clothing label has the characteristics of good handle, wear resistance and high production efficiency.

7. Human silicone
Human silicone rubber is a kind of liquid silicone rubber with low solidifying hardness, which is environmentally friendly, non-toxic and has no adverse effect on human body. Therefore, it can be implanted into the human body, usually used to make artificial limbs, etc., and can also be used to simulate people, etc.
