The wastewater from organosilicon production mainly comes from the production process of organosilicon monomer. In the current mainstream production process, the production process of organosilicon monomer mainly includes two steps of chloromethane synthesis and monomer synthesis. The first step is the synthesis of chloromethane, and methanol hydrogen oxidation process is widely used in industrial production. When chloromethane is produced by this process, the raw materials are methanol and HCl, the catalyst is ZnO aqueous solution, and the product is CH3Cl. The second step is the synthesis of methylchlorosilane. At present, the direct synthesis method proposed by ROCHOW is used. In industrial production, Cu catalyst, Zn cocatalyst and silicon powder of one reactant are mixed to form contact catalyst, and then another reactant, chloromethane, is introduced for reaction. The reaction was carried out at about 300 ℃, the main product was dimethyldichlorosilane, but at the same time, some impurities such as methyltrichlorosilane, trimethylchlorosilane, methylhydrodichlorosilane and dimethylhydrochlorosilane were also formed.
