JG silicone rubber lead wire is one of the most commonly used lead wires in the motor. This kind of lead wire is widely applicable in view of the diversified characteristics of its insulating materials. For example, high temperature applicability, low temperature applicability, weather resistance, impregnation resistance, insulation performance and good physical properties, today I would like to share with you the main performance characteristics of silicone rubber.
Low temperature performance. The glass transition temperature of silicone rubber is generally - 70 ~ - 50 ℃, and the special formula can reach - 100 ℃, which shows its excellent low temperature performance. This is of great significance to the aviation and aerospace industries.
High temperature performance. The remarkable characteristic of silicone rubber is high temperature stability. Although the strength of silicone rubber at room temperature is only half of that of natural rubber or some synthetic rubber, silicone rubber can still maintain certain flexibility, resilience and surface hardness at high temperature above 200 ℃, and the mechanical properties have no obvious change.
Weather resistance silicone rubber has excellent weather resistance without any additives.
Electrical insulation. Silicone rubber has excellent insulation, corona resistance and arc resistance.
Good physical and mechanical properties. The physical and mechanical properties of silicone rubber at room temperature are worse than that of general rubber, but at high temperature of 150 ℃ and low temperature of - 50 ℃, its physical and mechanical properties are better than that of general rubber.
