1. Sealing and protection

2. Thermal conductivity
The batteries and electronic control systems of new energy vehicles generate heat when working, which needs to be effectively dissipated. Silicone rubber can be made into thermally conductive silicone sheets. This thermally conductive silicone sheet can fill the tiny gap between the heating element and the heat sink, quickly conduct heat away, help maintain the appropriate operating temperature of the battery and electronic equipment, and prevent performance degradation and safety hazards caused by overheating.

3. Electrical insulation
There are many electrical circuits inside the car, which require good insulation materials. Silicone rubber has high insulation properties and can be used for insulation wrapping of wires and cables. In the high-voltage circuit part of new energy vehicles, silicone rubber can ensure electrical safety and avoid dangerous situations such as leakage.
