A. Hydroxyl silicone oil
Hydroxy silicone oil is a colorless transparent liquid with excellent electrical insulation and high and low temperature resistance, high flash point, low freezing point, and can be used for a long time under -50ºC ~ +250ºC conditions. It has a small viscosity-temperature coefficient, high compression rate, low surface tension, good water repellency and moisture resistance, and is chemically and physiologically inert.

Use: Mixed with crosslinking agents and catalysts, it can be cured at room temperature and is the main component for the production of leather lubricants. It can also be used as leather brighteners, release agents, etc.



B. Hydrogen-containing silicone oil
Hydrogen-containing silicone oil, under the action of metal catalyst, can cross-link at appropriate temperature to form a waterproof film on the surface of various substrates. It is widely used as a waterproof agent, anti-adhesion agent or anti-corrosion agent for fabrics, fire extinguishing agents (dry powder), paper, metal, leather, wood, glass, cement, ceramics, marble, etc.

Use: Under the action of metal catalyst, it can cross-link at appropriate temperature to form a waterproof film on the surface of various substrates. C. Methyl silicone oil
Methyl silicone oil is colorless, odorless, and non-volatile; it is insoluble in water, methanol, and ethylene glycol, but can be miscible with benzene, dimethyl ether, methyl ethyl ketone, carbon tetrachloride or kerosene. It has a very small vapor pressure, a high flash point and a high ignition point. Methyl silicone oil has excellent heat resistance, electrical insulation, weather resistance, hydrophobicity, physiological inertness, and a small surface tension. It also has a low viscosity-temperature coefficient and high compression resistance.

Uses:
1. Used as insulation, lubrication, shockproof, dustproof oil, dielectric fluid, and heat carrier.
2. Used as an additive for defoaming, demolding, paint, and daily cosmetics.
3. Used for sewing thread processing to increase lubrication and keep the thread on high-speed sewing machines.
4. Used for soft finishing of fabrics to increase the lubricity, smoothness, fullness, and elasticity of fabrics.

Methyl silicone oil is widely used in electronics, building materials, motor manufacturing, transportation, petrochemicals, textiles, printing and dyeing, thread making, finishing of various polyester, polyester-cotton and polyester-rayon fabrics to improve their smoothness and elasticity, as well as in medicine and health, aviation research and military technology.
