Methyl vinyl silicone gum is a high molecular weight polysiloxane compound synthesized from dimethyl siloxane and methyl vinyl silicone. It utilizes high-quality siloxane and ethylene raw materials, specifically designed for producing various masterbatches, pigment masterbatches, processing aids, reinforcing agents, and diluent fillers, making it widely applicable in the processing of silicone rubber, plastics, and organic elastomers.



Methyl vinyl silicone gum is formed into an elastomer after the addition of reinforcing agents (such as silica) and processing aids, followed by high-temperature treatment. It possesses a range of excellent properties, particularly its thermal stability, allowing it to withstand temperatures up to 200°C, ensuring stable performance even in high-temperature environments. As a result, methyl vinyl silicone is extensively used in the manufacture of various composite materials, including compression molded rubber, extruded rubber, electrical insulation rubber, and flame-retardant rubber.
