Due to the introduction of partially unsaturated vinyl group into the side chain, the processability and physical and mechanical properties of the silicone rubber are superior to those of the two silicone rubber.

It can be used to make various moulding and extrusion products for cold-resistant rubber in aerospace industry and sealing rings, gaskets, pipes and bars for ablation, heat aging or radiation resistant parts.

Fluorosilicone rubber
Fluorosilicone rubber refers to gamma-trifluoropropyl methyl polysiloxane. Fluorosilicone rubber has excellent chemical resistance, solvent resistance and lubricant resistance. It has low expansion rate in non-polar solvents, good cold resistance and thermal stability, and good fire resistance. Therefore, it is used in aircraft, rockets, missiles, space flight, petrochemical industry to contact rubber tubes, gaskets and lubricants. Sealing rings, fuel tanks, villages, etc. can also be used to manufacture corrosion-resistant clothing, gloves, coatings, adhesives, etc.
