Production Technology of Silicone Rubber Sleeve
Silicone rubber sleeve is a silicone rubber product which is made of silicone rubber as the main raw material by moulding vulcanization process.
Ordinary silicone rubber sleeves need to go through the following processes.
I. Material preparation
Including raw rubber mixing, color matching, raw material weight calculation, etc.
II. Vulcanization Forming
Silicone rubber raw materials are formed into solid state by high pressure vulcanization equipment and high temperature vulcanization.
3. trimming
Silicone rubber sleeve products removed from the die will have some useless edges that need to be removed; at present, in the industry, this process is completely completed by hand.
IV. Silk Printing
This process is only used in some products with patterns on the surface of the silicone rubber sleeve, black mobile phone silicone sleeve. In order to make the user easy to operate keys, it is often necessary to screen the corresponding characters with the keyboard of the mobile phone at the corresponding position. Or the surface needs to be more beautiful and printed with some beautiful patterns.
V. Surface treatment
1. At present, the most surface treatment is the spray handle oil, which can make the handset feel better when touched. This is the simplest surface treatment. Silicone rubber products are easy to absorb dust in the air under normal conditions, and have a certain degree of viscidity.  Spraying a thin layer of feel oil on the surface of the silicone rubber sleeve can not only prevent dust but also ensure the feel.
2. Fuel injection and radium carving. After trimming the edge of the silica gel sleeve, a layer of colored ink is sprayed on the surface of the silica gel sleeve. The pattern is sprayed on the surface of the silica gel sleeve, and then a layer of touch oil is sprayed on the surface. This process is quite popular at present.
3. Drop glue and make patterns by dropping colorful liquid glue on the silicone gel sleeve that has been trimmed.
4. Color printing, printing any color pattern on the trimmed edge of the silica gel sleeve, this process can be silica gel sleeve not only beautiful but also strong stereoscopic. It feels good. It can print the pattern on every side of the silica gel sleeve, and the pattern is very smooth and natural.
