1、 Blended silicone rubber technology application: Blended silicone rubber is a synthetic rubber made by repeatedly refining raw silicone rubber onto a double roll rubber mixer or a closed kneading machine, gradually adding white carbon black, silicone oil, and other additives. It can be used in industries such as aviation, cables, electronics, electrical appliances, chemicals, instruments, cement, automobiles, construction, food processing, medical equipment, etc., and is used for deep processing of machinery such as molding and extrusion.
2、 Mixing silicone rubber process method: Mixing silicone rubber does not require molding. Generally, it is mixed using an open mill, with a roller temperature not exceeding 50 degrees. When adding raw rubber, the front roller is wrapped, and when adding powder, the back roller is wrapped. Therefore, it should be operated on both sides.
Mixing is carried out in two stages:
The first paragraph: Raw rubber - Reinforcing agent - Structure control agent - Heat resistant additive - Thin pass - Lower tablet.
Section 2: First stage of refining - vulcanizing agent - thin pass - parking. Silicone rubber miscellaneous parts.
3、 Mixing silicone rubber molding process method 1. Mold pressing molding: First, cut the rubber material into a certain shape, fill it into the mold cavity, close the mold and place it between the upper and lower plates of the heated flat vulcanizing machine, and heat and pressure it according to the prescribed process to vulcanize the rubber material. Remove the mold to obtain a section of vulcanized silicone rubber product. 2. Transfer mold pressing molding: Put the prepared rubber material into the stopper tube on the upper part of the mold, heat and plasticize it, and use the plunger pressure to make the rubber material enter the heating mold cavity through the casting port for molding. 3. Injection molding: The rubber material is placed inside the barrel and heated for plasticization. The rubber material is directly injected into the closed mold cavity through a nozzle through a plunger or screw, achieving rapid on-site vulcanization under heating. 4. Extrusion molding: a continuous molding process that forces the mixed rubber to be extruded into a certain cross-sectional shape through a die. So when silicone product factories are implementing silicone product molding, they need to choose the appropriate molding method based on the product and operating method. If the quantity is large and the quality is light, they can choose transfer molding instead of blind selection. This not only leads to low production efficiency, but also causes losses to the factory.
