These problems often arise from the use of molds and vulcanization techniques. If the temperature of the mold does not meet the specified requirements, the product will become soft, partially immature, and even have color differences or yellowing. There are defects on the surface of the mold core or invisible concave and convex openings, which can cause serious product wind and deformation. Therefore, it is best to cooperate with the temperature of the mold, the pressure of the machine, and the vulcanization time to reduce the occurrence of product defects during production.

2、 The issue of vulcanizing agents, vulcanizing agents are divided into high-temperature vulcanizing agents and low-temperature vulcanizing agents, both of which have different benefits. When high-temperature vulcanizing agents are combined with raw materials for production, the product demoulding is relatively fast, the product demoulding efficiency is high, and the anti yellowing effect of the product is relatively good. It is generally used for some products with high requirements for anti yellowing products, and the price of high-temperature vulcanizing agents is relatively expensive. However, ordinary vulcanizing agents are also a commonly used mixture for industrial accessories and sealed shock absorption products, which are relatively inexpensive. Different hardness products can be made with different vulcanizing agents, so it is important to choose a reasonable vulcanizing agent during production!

3、 The issue of raw materials is that the toughness and tensile strength of products made from solid silicone vary depending on the choice of raw materials. Some products must be made from high tensile raw materials, otherwise ordinary raw materials cannot produce products, resulting in brittle or immature products. Some products must also be made from food grade silicone rubber raw materials, otherwise they may have long-term odor problems. For example, some products in daily life that come into contact with the human body for a long time must use food grade silicone. However, for silicone product manufacturers, these three points need to be properly coordinated to make good products, and many problems are basically caused by the comprehensive problems of these three points.
