Classification of Adhesive Products and Storage Method of High Temperature Adhesive Tape
In electronic products, various components such as screen, receiver, microphone, keyboard and so on, the functions of fixing, sealing, dust-proof, shock-proof and protection between them need to be accomplished by a large number of adhesive products.

In the field of rotating die-cutting of such adhesives, more than one die-cutting workstation and more than one feeding roll and feeding roll on rotating die-cutting equipment, and one or more feeding belts are discharged by feeding roll.

Classification of Adhesive Products
1. According to the application method, it can be divided into thermosetting type, hot melting type, room temperature curing type, pressure sensitive type, etc.

2. According to the application object, it can be divided into structural type, non-structural type or special adhesive. The structural adhesives include epoxy resin, polyurethane, organosilicon, polyimide and other thermosetting adhesives; polyacrylate, polymethacrylate, methanol and other thermoplastic adhesives; special adhesives such as high temperature resistance, ultra-low temperature, conductivity, thermal conductivity, magnetic conductivity, sealing, water adhesives, etc.  Modified multi-component adhesives, such as Phenolic-Epoxy type, etc.

High temperature adhesive tape
High temperature adhesive tape, that is, adhesive tape used in high temperature working environment. Mainly used in the electronic industry, the temperature resistance is usually between 120 degrees and 260 degrees. It is often used in spray painting, baking paint leather processing, painting and shading, fixing in the process of electronic parts, printed circuit board and high temperature treatment shading.

High temperature adhesive tape includes KAPTON high temperature adhesive tape, Teflon high temperature adhesive tape, high temperature paper adhesive tape, PET green high temperature adhesive tape, high temperature double-sided adhesive and so on.

Storage method of high temperature tape
1. Adhesive tape should be stored in the warehouse to avoid sunshine and rain. Contact with organic solvents of acid-base oil should be prohibited and kept clean and dry. The room temperature should be between - 15 C and 40 C away from the discovery device 1 m.

2. The tape should be placed in rolls and not folded. If the storage time is too long, the tape should be turned once a quarter.

3. When loading and unloading conveyor belts, it is better to use cranes and ropes with beams to lift smoothly, so as to avoid damaging the edges of the belts, and not to load and unload roughly, causing loose roll and fling sleeves.

4. The type and specifications of the tape should be selected reasonably according to the needs and specific conditions.

5. It is forbidden to use different types, specifications, models, strengths and layers of tape together.

6. Conveyor belt joints should be bonded by thermal vulcanization to improve reliability and maintain high effective strength.

7. The diameter of the conveyor roller and the minimum diameter of the conveyor belt should conform to the relevant regulations.

8. Do not make the tape snake or creep. Keep the tow rollers flexible and the tension force moderate.

9. When conveyors are equipped with baffles and cleaning devices, wear and tear of tape should be avoided.

10. Cleanness is the basic condition for good operation of tape. Foreign material will affect the eccentricity, tension difference and even fracture of tape.

11. When early damage of adhesive tape is found in use, the causes should be found and repaired in time to avoid adverse consequences.
