Construction Method of Silicone Waterproofing Agent
Organosilicon waterproofing agent is an ideal waterproof material for building materials such as concrete, masonry, ceramics and so on. It can be sprayed on the surface of building with solution and emulsion to improve its waterproof, antifouling, dustproof, anticorrosive, weathering and durability.
Construction Method of Using Silicone Protective Agent
There are seven kinds of brushes (brushes), coatings (sponges), rubbing (cloth), spraying (spraying gun with low pressure), soaking (with soaking tank), rolling (with roller), and spraying (with container). During construction, the way of protection construction must be determined according to the type of base material decoration and related protective agent.

(1) Spraying: This construction method is characterized by fast construction speed, uniform coating, and can be used in large-scale engineering construction, but it consumes a lot and costs a lot.

(2) Immersion: The main advantage of this construction method is that both inside and outside of the base material can be adequately protected, and the best protection effect can be achieved. It can be used for the treatment of stone, brick, cement products, etc. However, because of the large amount of protective agent inhalation, the cost is high.

(3) Rolling coating: This method is suitable for large area of ground protection construction, and the loss of wall surface is large.

(4) Cloth brushing: This kind of construction technology is used on the surface of lighter base material. We generally do not advocate this construction method, but if the dosage of coating construction can protect the base material sufficiently, it is a better construction method.

(5) Sponge coating: This process can be used for surface treatment of lighter stone and ceramics, and can be applied with protective agent more evenly.

(6) Irrigation: This process requires high equipment and site.

(7) Brush: This technology is suitable for all kinds of surfaces, and can control the dosage at will. It is a good construction method commonly used.

Construction method of silane impregnated concrete protective agent
1. Clean the treated surface before use, and clean the base area water, dirt and other attachments to be treated. In order to penetrate the substrate to the greatest extent, construction should be carried out on the dry surface.

2. Before using this product, the application test should be carried out on each surface to be treated.

3. Sealed spray guns, drums or brushes can be used for construction. If using a brush or drum construction, it should be repeatedly applied until the surface is wet; if using a sealed spray gun, it should be continuously sprayed until the base penetrates thoroughly. This product can also be used in concrete.

4. Theoretical consumption: about 3-8 m2/L.

Construction Method of DR Series Stone Protective Agent
1. Sample application test of each surface to be treated before construction.

2. Clean the stone surface, keep the stone surface dry (DB-SO1 should be slightly wet) and keep the construction site well ventilated.

3. The protective agent should be applied directly on the stone surface, and the stone surface should be uniformly and satisfactorily brushed. After brushing, the stone surface should have a certain medicinal liquid membrane for its absorption and permeation. After brushing, the treated surface is dried naturally. Depending on the absorptivity of the material, if you need to brush both sides, brush the first time for 30 to 60 minutes and then brush the second time. Place for 5 to 10 minutes after construction. If there are still liquid residues, wipe the excess liquid with soft cloth and maintain it without water for at least 24 to 72 hours.

4. Theoretical consumption: 5-30 m2/L.

Construction Method of Waterproof and Preservative for Wood (Bamboo) Material
1. Treat the surface of wood (bamboo) thoroughly and dry it thoroughly.

The surface of wood (bamboo) is clean and dry. Spraying, coating, immersion and other methods of uniform coating, the surface can be fully absorbed (brushing needs 1 to 2 times, between 2 times should be separated by 5 minutes, the surface can be fully absorbed. The soaking time is within 1 minute. If it needs to be soaked again, it should be done before the surface is completely dry. Dry naturally without damp water.

2. Wood (bamboo) products after curing can achieve the best protection effect after 7 days of drying.

3. The usage per square meter depends on the structural changes of wood such as porosity, dryness and texture. The theoretical consumption varies from 5 to 8 m2/L depending on the material.
