This is the world's most advanced intelligent full-automatic molding machine invested 120 million yuan by the company from the Netherlands. It used to take 65 seconds to produce a tire, now it only takes 37 seconds; the former molding machine needs 2 people to operate, now it only needs 1 person.
"Last year, we newly launched the world's leading MES information management system, which realizes the networked control of each process from raw material warehousing to tire finished product warehouse out production process, replacing the human operation of nearly 60 workers in the past, and the production efficiency has increased by about 10%." Qin Anyang, deputy director of the production department of the company.
If there is an error in the production process, the alarm on the machine will prompt in time. After the production is completed, the product will automatically print out the label card containing the specification information. The intelligent + information system has increased the comprehensive production efficiency of tires by 45%, the defective rate has decreased from 0.28% to 0.23%, and the good rate of corresponding products has increased by 15%.
Since October last year, Hongsheng company has implemented the semi steel radial tire production equipment intelligent information transformation and upgrading project, aiming at industry 4.0, according to the idea of "advantage industry + artificial intelligence", invested 180 million yuan to carry out intelligent transformation and information upgrading of existing technical equipment and production process. The project has been completed in March this year, saving 50% of labor cost and more than 60 million yuan of annual production cost.
Due to the interconnection of R & D, production and sales, Shandong Hongsheng Rubber Technology Co., Ltd. can also "Customize" personalized tire products for customers. At present, it has implemented "private customized" drift racing tires for nearly 1000 drivers of more than 100 racing clubs.
