According to the public catalogue, three waterproofing technologies and products, rubber asphalt coating and membrane composite waterproofing system, EPDM waterproof membrane with self-adhesive layer, and water-based one component polyurethane waterproof coating, are listed in the public catalogue.

1. Composite waterproofing system of rubber asphalt coating and coiled material
The system is composed of non curing rubber asphalt waterproof coating and self-adhesive or polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof roll. It makes full use of the unique creep of rubber asphalt coating and the good dimensional stability of waterproof roll, and forms an organic whole through composite, which has strong adaptability to the deformation and self-healing of the base, prevents water channeling, is convenient for construction and has low requirements for the base. The system is suitable for basement, roof and other waterproof projects.
2. EPDM waterproof roll with self-adhesive layer
The product is composed of EPDM sheet and butyl rubber as the main component of self-adhesive layer. It not only has the excellent performance of traditional EPDM waterproof roll, but also has good self-adhesive performance with the base. The anti-aging performance of the butyl rubber self-adhesive layer of the coiled material is obviously improved compared with the traditional adhesive, and the adhesive with the base layer and the joint part is stronger, which is helpful to extend the service life of the waterproof layer. Dry paving or wet paving method is adopted for construction, with high construction efficiency, low cost and no solvent volatilization during construction. 3. Water based one component polyurethane waterproof coating
The product is made of isocyanate and polyether polyol as basic components, with various additives and fillers through addition polymerization. When in use, it is applied to the waterproof base course, and the - NCO end group in the polyurethane prepolymer reacts with the moisture in the air to form a tough, soft and jointless waterproof adhesive film. The waterproof coating has the characteristics of no flowing in the facade construction, easy to control the thickness of the coating, dense coating, multiple times of painting without layering, etc. The product is suitable for building roof, basement, kitchen and bathroom and other waterproof projects.
