At 12:00 p.m. on April 27, 2020, the third lecture of "looking at the development of the party from the revision of the party constitution" by the school of information and the school of mechanical and electrical engineering of Northeast Forestry University started on time at the Tencent conference. This party class was presided over by the 2016 level electrical student counselor of the school of mechanical and electrical engineering, and Zheng Yan, deputy secretary of the Party committee of the school of mechanical and electrical engineering, served as the speaker.
In this party class, Secretary Zheng made a wonderful interpretation of "what is the party constitution", "the history of the development of the party constitution", "learning the party constitution and practicing the party constitution", which benefited all participants. At the beginning of the party class, Secretary Zheng used a kind opening speech to eliminate the sense of alienation caused by the distance between all people, so that everyone formed an atmosphere of serious study of the party class.
What is the Party Constitution? Secretary Zheng made a detailed analysis of the concept, status and function of the party constitution. The party constitution is the abbreviation of the party's constitution. It is the general constitution of the party. The constitution of the Communist Party of China is the fundamental law and regulation formulated by the Communist Party of China for the realization of the party's program. It is also the basic criterion and regulation that all Party organizations and all Party members must strictly abide by. The party constitution embodies the party's overall will and standardizes the party's behavior. It is the party law with the highest authority and the largest binding force. Through the rigorous analysis of Secretary Zheng, the students at the meeting deeply learned the importance of the party constitution, which is the "foundation" of the Communist Party of China, so we should study the party constitution carefully.
With the holding of the people's Congress, the party constitution has been gradually improved and formed Chinese characteristics. Around the people's Congress, Secretary Zheng introduced in detail the gradual evolution and improvement of the party constitution, which is also a process of awakening the consciousness of the Chinese people and the Communist Party. Secretary Zheng told us that in the 19th national people's Congress, the party constitution has been revised 17 times in total, and each revision has become a huge energy for the CPC to move forward. Learning and practicing the party constitution, Secretary Zheng showed us the significance of the Constitution by explaining the constitution of the Communist Party of China. The general plan emphasizes China's Communist Party's action guide with Marx Lenin doctrine, Mao Zedong thought, Deng Xiaoping theory, the important thought of "Three Represents", and the socialist ideology of China with Scientific Outlook on Development and Xi Jinping in the new era. In particular, Secretary Zheng pointed out that the party emblem of the Communist Party of China is a pattern of sickles and hammers, which symbolizes that the Communist Party of China is the vanguard of the Chinese working class and represents the fundamental interests of the working class and the masses. As students in the new era, we should bear in mind that China is gradually becoming rich and strong with the efforts of the workers and peasants.
Unconsciously, the party class has come to an end. Secretary Zheng's extensive and simple teaching has left everyone with a lot of ideas. Through this study, we will enhance students' understanding of the historical evolution of the party constitution, make students fully understand the importance of learning and implementing the new party constitution, adhere to the party's ideological line, emancipate the mind, seek truth from facts, and keep pace with the times!
