In the afternoon of April 14, 2020, SRC landscape 4 + 1 school enterprise joint graduation project successfully held a mid-term report and defense online under the influence of the current epidemic situation. College teachers and students from all over the country and enterprise representatives made full use of Internet resources to conduct a new online report and defense. The "SRC landscape 4 + 1 school enterprise joint graduation project" was jointly organized by Harbin University of technology, Beijing Forestry University, Nanjing Forestry University, Xi'an University of architecture and technology, and Yilan planning and Design Institute. Yilan planning and Design Institute has been focusing on the quality construction of urban public space and the improvement of urban street view for a long time. It first proposed the concept of "street view reconstruction", and established SRC urban street view design and research center with a number of well-known universities and research units in China. SRC landscape 4 + 1 school enterprise joint graduation design is the first in China to focus on the topic of urban "street view reconstruction" and take the actual project as the guide. It is also the first in China to participate in the graduation design with the combination of Architectural Colleges and agricultural and forestry colleges.

——Cultural collision and spatial variation
Design Description:
In this design, we define it as "Songzhuang Xinsheng", which makes it produce cultural collision and spatial variation. We carry out our plan from three aspects: conception source, concept planning, regional design and so on. The theme orientation is based on four backgrounds: location background, superior planning, cultural development and ecological background.
Based on the above four backgrounds, we reorganized the orientation of Songzhuang, refined the key words, and combined with the planning, committed to creating an art and creative town with vibrant cultural city and rural art village, so as to achieve cultural collision and spatial variation.
First of all, according to the theme orientation we put forward in the early stage, we put forward four visions for the future development of Songzhuang. At the same time, we also put forward four design principles: inclusiveness, coordination, foresight and adaptability.
Starting from the current situation of the base, we have introduced four design concepts, mainly through each theme area to show Songzhuang culture and life, and through a main tourist line to connect each area, to create a multi-cultural composite city dominated by culture. Then we have introduced four theme concepts, namely, win-win, gathering, art exhibition, and accommodation.
The four theme concepts correspond to corresponding areas respectively: "entering Shengli" mainly includes the area of Luyuan North Street, which mainly creates the portal image, condenses the spirit of Songzhuang, attracts people and attracts people.

"Shengju" mainly includes impression block and XuSong road. It aims to build an open Songzhuang with bearing capacity and tolerance, so that Songzhuang can live, move and be full of vitality.

Where is the site old and new?
Our group believes that for Songzhuang, his core value and resources lie in his cultural phenomenon rather than specific architectural and spatial resources. At first, a batch of artists came here. They gathered here and formed an artist community with unprecedented influence, which gave birth to their own Songzhuang Art group culture. Through the accumulation of time, these phenomena and cultures have formed a collective consciousness beyond individuals, which is what we mentioned: the spirit of Songzhuang.
Where is the old?
In the old days, the spirit of Songzhuang was only for art groups.
Where's new?
Songzhuang spirit has the characteristics of the times and history. With the passage of the times, it is constantly changing and developing. With the development of time, not only artists themselves, but also residents and tourists have joined the life stage of Songzhuang with different roles, producing many memorable historical fragments and enriching the meaning of Songzhuang spirit
Now and in the future, Songzhuang spirit represents the artistic, cultural and economic pursuit of all groups
In addition, the venue will be an art area with the characteristics of combining urban rural environment with art and cultural environment.
How is outdoor art activity reflected in the base?
The main outdoor art activities in our base are reflected on both sides of XuSong road street, because through our site investigation and analysis
1. XuSong road is one of the main development axes of Songzhuang creative industry cluster,
2. For the interior of XuSong Road, there are many existing buildings retreating from the boundary, and the street width is generally open within the range of 30-60m.
3. XuSong road is also the main outdoor activity space during the festival, with a large number of service facilities.
4. XuSong road is a secondary urban road in the upper planning,
Based on the above four points, we believe that XuSong road is not only responsible for transit traffic, but also for business and life.
Our vision for outdoor art activities of the venue is mainly from the perspective of public participation, which includes three groups of people: tourists, artists and residents. According to the nature of surrounding buildings and land, the site is divided into different areas, each area undertakes different theme activities. Activities include interactive experience of art installation, mall leisure shopping, art exhibition gallery, street performance stage, health sports, children's activities, etc.
How does the site reflect the traffic design?
The commercial part is mainly reflected in the northern part of the commercial complex and Xiaobao South Street area. The commercial complex is a comprehensive commercial center, which meets most of the commercial needs. The street view design in this area meets the needs of attracting and accommodating people. Xiaopu South Street is mainly a small-scale cultural industry and catering and other small businesses to meet the daily needs of artists. The whole XuSong road embodies the development of cultural industry and cultural economy.
For the transportation part, it is planned to add a subway station in the northern commercial complex to enhance the accessibility and connection of the traffic and drive the commercial vitality of the area. The original station of XuSong road will be preserved to transform the station with more artistic small structures to form small nodes and enhance the communication between the East and the West. In the main area of Xiaopu South Street, the traffic is controlled by the way of single and double wrong way. The entrance is equipped with intelligent warning device and waiting area to prevent congestion. At the same time, the design of the circular corridor at the intersection is not only a traffic function but also a large outdoor art exhibition area. It strengthens the connection, enriches the facade and provides more possibilities.

——Medium term planning results of Songzhuang
Design Description:
With the vigorous development of Songzhuang Art District, the original population and industrial structure with artists as the core will change, the number of tourists will continue to expand, and the industry will become more diversified. So in the future, the art commercial living area will need more different art galleries, more developed commerce, more beautiful street view and more comfortable life to support the whole block.
Based on the analysis of the upper planning, the nature of land use, art and culture, people, transportation and space, it is concluded that the key points of planning are: how to establish Songzhuang Art brand, how to alleviate the contradiction of commercial art life, and how to improve the quality of public space in the block.
Preliminary study
Through benchmarking with the cases of world-class art district and combining with the upper planning, we propose that Songzhuang is a world-class art creative town that focuses on the inheritance and development of art and culture and provides cultural and creative purchase and cultural experience for the sub center of the capital. Songzhuang south district is a gathering place of painters' village, an intersection of art, business and life, and a gateway for the sub center of the capital to enter Songzhuang It is the first demonstration area of Songzhuang Art and creative town. So we extract life
