He has been thinking hard about how to turn waste glue into good glue. In order to make the waste glue into good glue, Zhang Yuchun ponders on the spot every day. Finally, after a large number of on-site statistical analysis, from last January, he led the preparation of the first version of waste rubber recovery plan and methods, which was implemented after discussion in the workshop. Yang Changhui led the post-treatment process and equipment technicians in the workshop to brainstorm and develop a set of feasible recovery methods: add a channel between the operation platforms of 2600 and 3600 lines, transfer the picked water glue and wall glue to 3600 line through this channel with a small cart, use the standby block press to press the block, and then use the waste glue recovery unit for recovery.
Yang Changhui said that through the new channel, while reducing the labor volume of the staff on duty, it can also reduce the secondary pollution caused by the contact between people and waste rubber, so as to achieve the purpose of direct recovery of waste rubber. It has been proved that more than 200 tons of waste rubber has been recovered and nearly 2 million yuan has been achieved since the implementation of the project.
