Teaching work
(1) Online teaching of courses
This semester's classroom teaching is all in the form of online teaching. Students choose to go back to school online learning or home online learning.
1. On the premise of ensuring the quality of teaching, online teaching is carried out for courses with online teaching conditions. If the assessment method of the course is course assignment or study paper, the assessment can be completed in the first 4 weeks of the next semester.
2. A small number of courses that are not suitable for online teaching (such as oral English, need professional software, need to be combined with on-site operation courses, etc.) will be adjusted to the next semester.
3. If there are experiments, research or other practical links in the class that cannot be conducted online, they can be adjusted to the next semester.
4. For some teachers who can't operate online teaching software or can't conduct online teaching due to network reasons, the courses they undertake will be adjusted to the next semester.
(2) Examination arrangement
1. Final exam arrangement of this semester
(1) If the professional online teaching platform is used for teaching, the platform's own normal test and comprehensive test functions can be used to complete the final examination in this semester. Teachers need to evaluate the results of online examination. After confirming that they can truly reflect the learning effect of students, they need to export the software data, submit it to the college for summary, and then submit it to the graduate school for filing. (2) Courses requiring examination but not applicable to online examination will be postponed to the beginning of next semester. The specific arrangement will be notified separately. 2. Arrangement of graduate courses, make-up examination and examination (1) if graduate students cannot complete relevant courses due to adjustment of courses due to prevention and control reasons, the course undertaking unit shall carry out research and propose alternative online course plans or other study methods solutions on the premise of ensuring the quality of personnel training, which shall be implemented after approval of graduate school. (2) Make up examination for the first semester of 2019-2020: students can complete the make-up examination in the school after returning to school; students who do not return to school will be guided by the faculty in charge of courses to take appropriate methods such as online examination. The supplementary examination for the first semester of 2019-2020 for graduate students will be completed from April 22 to April 30 of this semester. (3) If there are graduate students in this semester's teaching class who have major and supplementary courses, the teacher shall take appropriate measures to give these students an early examination, which shall be completed before April 30. 3. CET-4 and CET-6, computer grade test, college students' English competition, etc. will cancel the CET-4 and CET oral test from May 23 to 24, 2020. The CET time will be notified as the case may be. Other examinations shall be notified in accordance with the relevant requirements of the superior department. (3) Other academic work
1. Student registration
The semester registration of students will be registered electronically by the college through the graduate management system after May 12, and the registration and seal of student card will be handled by each college after the students return to school. 2. During the period of epidemic prevention and control, the work of student status change, such as resumption, suspension and withdrawal, was adjusted to the way of online registration and later supplementary paper materials. The process is as follows: (1) application for resumption: students fill in the application form for resumption, and the tutor sends the E-file to the email of relevant personnel of Graduate School (contact information is attached, the same below). For the students who are out of school due to injury or illness, the scanned copies of the certificate of diagnosis issued by the hospital above the second grade a must be attached to the application for resumption of school, which proves that they are healthy again, and the relevant paper materials shall be handed in after arriving at the school. Students returning to school also need to declare their health status and itinerary in advance according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control, and can only return to school after being approved by the school. (2) Application for suspension: students fill in the application form for suspension, and the tutor will send it to the mailbox of the relevant personnel of the Graduate School (according to the reason of application, proof materials such as illness or entrepreneurship can be entrusted to others). (3) Drop out procedures: contact the relevant personnel of graduate school. 3. Graduate student transcript processing most graduate students have received employment transcripts by the end of 2019, and a small number of them have not received the transcripts. If you need the paper version or electronic scanning version of the transcripts, please contact the relevant staff. The reply report card will be printed and distributed by graduate school to the college after May 8. 4. The tutor logs in the system to review the application for changing questions, and sends the electronic version of the application form to the email of the graduate school staff in the form of email attachment. The graduate school verifies the materials and reviews them in the system. 6. The practice assessment of professional degree postgraduates is an important part of the training of professional degree postgraduates. The latest time node for each college to complete the practice assessment of postgraduates is adjusted to the time node before the thesis defense of postgraduates, that is, postgraduates can apply for the defense only after passing the professional practice assessment and obtaining corresponding credits. Each college shall organize professional practice assessment on time through online or offline assessment in accordance with the postgraduate training plan to avoid affecting graduate graduation. 7. Education Management
1. According to the unified requirements for epidemic prevention and control of the University, postgraduates are not allowed to enter or leave the campus without permission after entering the University. If they really need to leave the University due to internship, experiment and other reasons, they must go through leave formalities with the graduate work department after the consent of the tutor and the college, and they are not allowed to return to the university without the consent of the University.
2. Personnel shall not gather in the teaching process. When teachers and students carry out teaching, scientific research and exchange activities, they need to keep a safe distance and do a good job of personal protection according to the requirements of epidemic prevention and control. Postgraduates should apply for the use of the laboratory in advance according to the requirements of relevant departments, and use it only after approval.
3. Xiashu forest farm, industrial training center and Baima base are closed and managed simultaneously with the campus. When the graduate students arrive at the above three teaching sites, they need to go through the registration formalities one day in advance under the arrangement of the tutor, and they can only go back and forth by school bus. After leaving Xinzhuang campus, the tutor will manage the postgraduate according to the requirements of prevention and control during the epidemic period, strictly control the schedule and ensure the safety of the students.
4. The tutor responsibility system shall be strictly implemented in graduate experiment and practice.
