——Work record of legal service team of Beijing Forestry University
At the beginning of the 2020 new year, the new crown epidemic is coming. In order to carry out the instructions of chairman Xi Jinping on strengthening epidemic prevention and control, publicity and legal services, and actively cooperate with the government's epidemic prevention work, the Department of law of Beijing Forestry University's humanities college has established a Beilin legal service team attended by law faculty and some students with the support of the party and government departments of the college. The purpose of Beilin legal service team is to "carry out extensive publicity of law popularization, provide free legal advice and implement effective legal aid.". May the sunshine of law shine on every inch of land and warm all people.
Beilin legal service team, combining the latest cases of epidemic prevention and control and animal protection, has compiled more than thirty cases of the law popularization and interpretation in the form of "case interpretation", and published in the series of "epidemic prevention and control" and "wildlife protection" series in the WeChat group and the official account of the animal protection group. Through the introduction and explanation of the actual cases, the legal system of national prevention and control and wildlife protection during the "epidemic" period was publicized, which popularized the legal knowledge of epidemic prevention for the public and closely cooperated with the government's epidemic prevention measures, and was widely praised by teachers and students of our school.
In addition to legal propaganda in conjunction with epidemic prevention work in special times, Beilin legal service team also relies on WeChat group and official account service platform to publish hot case analysis and commentary regularly. From the repeated fines for illegal parking, the effectiveness of divorce property division agreement, the record and determination of retirement age and other micro legal issues closely related to public life, to the macro legal issues such as personal bankruptcy, national brand intellectual property protection, environmental public interest litigation, etc., a heated discussion has been launched on the legal service platform. The service team actively uses the service platform to provide legal advisory services for teachers, students and the public, answer all kinds of legal questions, guide everyone to safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and help vulnerable groups in society.
In the future, the Beilin legal service team will work with the Beilin legal aid center to carry out more extensive and diversified legal publicity, provide more in-depth legal services for the society, schools, the public and teachers and students, guide the masses to enhance their awareness of the rule of law, and provide effective legal aid for the needy.
