Guidance for students returning to Nanjing Forestry University
Through the novel coronavirus infection prevention and control team of Jiangsu Province, the school prevention and control group of the epidemic prevention and control group has been approved. In combination with the actual situation of epidemic prevention and control, our school will arrange for students to report back to school in batches in 10 -5 in April 21, 2020.
/1、 Back to school time and access/
1. Schedule of students returning to school
(1) Registration time of graduates in 2020: April 21-25
(2) Registration time of non graduating students: may 6-may 10
(3) Full time living students (including undergraduates and postgraduates) and part-time postgraduates: those who meet the requirements after passing the online health declaration review will go to the west gate of the University on April 25 and May 10, respectively, and apply for the pass after passing the review according to the student return process, and enter and exit the university with the pass. If you have a bed in the school, you can only choose one of the two ways: living in the school or living outside the school.
2. Access to school
All foreign vehicles and personnel are not allowed to enter the campus. It is recommended that students enter the campus at the entrance close to the dormitory location when they check in. Private vehicles can be sent to the school gate except the west gate. They are not allowed to enter the campus.
/2、 Back to school conditions/
Students returning to school need to submit the application form for returning to school in today's campus guidance CAT system one week in advance. The school reviews the application form according to the current student's geographical conditions and physical health conditions. The review results are divided into no returning to school temporarily, postponed returning to school temporarily and normal returning to school normally.
1. Do not return to school temporarily
(1) diagnosed novel coronavirus pneumonia or suspected cases or asymptomatic infections.
(2) Students who are still staying or living in severe epidemic areas
(3) Students who are still abroad or have a history of overseas residence within 14 days
2. Suspension of returning to school
(1) Students in close contact with confirmed / suspected cases or asymptomatic infections within 14 days
(2) Students staying in severe epidemic areas within 14 days or in close contact with returnees from severe epidemic areas and overseas returnees
(3) Students who have symptoms of fever or respiratory infection within 14 days or who have been exposed to people with symptoms of fever or respiratory infection
(4) Other students in isolation due to prevention and control work
3. Normal return to school
In addition to the above two situations, students can return to school normally after passing the examination of online health declaration.
/3、 Before returning to school/
1. Health declaration: according to the school's back to school schedule, students shall actively declare their health to the school 7 days in advance according to the notice of the college. The declaration content includes "one form, one code, one check". Students shall declare through the online health declaration system, and the College shall be responsible for the audit. Students who pass the audit and are allowed to return to school shall not leave the residential city before returning to school in principle.
"One form" refers to the health information registration form before returning to school. Students can log in to the online service hall through the PC terminal to enter the "Tutoring cat" health declaration system, and enter the "Tutoring cat" health declaration system through the "today campus" app on the mobile terminal to make health declaration.
"One code" is a two-dimensional code of "sukang code". The way to get it is as follows: Alipay searches for "Jiangsu government service" - "sukang code", filling out personal information to get health two-dimensional code.
"One check" refers to the results of individual travel track query. The acquisition method is as follows: through the inquiry of "epidemic prevention and control trip card", wechat scans the following two-dimensional code and enters the application for direct inquiry.
2. Preparation of protective materials: the students shall prepare the personal protective equipment needed for life and Study on the way back to school and within two weeks after the start of school, including disposable medical masks or surgical masks, commonly used drugs, etc., and it is recommended to bring their own thermometer and personal tableware.
/4、 Notes on returning to school/
1. On the way back to school
(1) Personal protection shall be done well on the way back, and public transport shall be avoided as far as possible. When it is necessary to take public transport, masks shall be worn in the whole process to avoid close contact and conversation with others. Meals in public restaurants shall be avoided as far as possible on the way back. Pay attention to hand hygiene at any time, reduce contact with public goods and parts, and do not touch mouth, nose, eyes and other parts without pollution.
(2) Do a good job of health monitoring. It is recommended to carry a thermometer with you (mercury thermometer is not allowed to be carried in the plane). When fever occurs, take the initiative to measure the body temperature. In case of suspicious symptoms, try to avoid contact with other personnel and see a doctor in time depending on the condition.
(3) Keep the itinerary ticket information properly to cooperate with the investigation of possible close contacts.
2. Check in period
(1) Students must wear masks throughout their check-in, line up in order to keep a distance of one meter, and carry out "one test, two checks, three checks and four passes": one temperature test, two checks of "sukang code", three scans of "today's campus" QR code, and enter the campus only after checking.
(2) Students who are not in the list of students who are not allowed to return to school, who do not meet the conditions for returning to school, or whose body temperature (forehead temperature or ear temperature) is ≥ 37.3 ℃ at the time of check-in, are not allowed to enter the campus, and shall be handled according to the school's prevention and control workflow.
(3) When entering the student apartment, the dormitory management staff shall take the second temperature test, get the letter of commitment and swipe the card. The abnormal body temperature shall be handled according to the work flow of school prevention and control.
/5、 After returning to school/
1. During the period of epidemic prevention and control, the campus is under closed management, and students are not allowed to leave the campus without approval after returning to school.
2. Closed management shall be carried out in the student apartment, and the temperature shall be measured when entering the student apartment. Implement the system of self temperature monitoring and health information reporting for students. Temperature measurement shall be carried out in the morning and evening through the self-contained thermometer, equipped with temperature guns and staff on each floor of each dormitory building. Before 9:00 and 13:00 every day, students should complete the daily morning and noon health check-in in the guidance cat health declaration system of today's Campus (APP).
3. If there are symptoms of acute respiratory infection, including cough, sore throat, dyspnea or diarrhea, especially the temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃, report to the class leader and dormitory administrator immediately. And then report to the school and school epidemic prevention and control leading group layer by layer.
4. Within 2 weeks after students return to school, the school will continue to implement online teaching. The monitor shall keep records of students' arrival, health, absence, early leave and leave.
5. Within two weeks after returning to school, students should wear masks in public areas such as classrooms, libraries, canteens and other places where people gather; in case of abnormal symptoms such as fever and cough, they should wear masks. Then, according to the development of local epidemic situation, according to the guidelines for wearing masks in public science, according to the types of personnel and different scenes, they should decide whether to wear masks.
6. Work and rest on time and form good health habits. Every day, we can keep moderate exercise, enhance physical quality, and achieve the goal of prevention and control and fitness. Outdoor sports should choose open space with sparse personnel, such as sports ground. Do not touch or play with animals you meet.
/6、 Signing the letter of commitment/
After receiving the letter of commitment, students need to carefully study the relevant contents, fill in all kinds of information truthfully during the epidemic prevention and control period according to the requirements of the school. Anyone who conceals, falsely reports or fails to report the key information of epidemic prevention and control, such as residence history, contact history, health status, etc., and gives serious treatment according to the school discipline and rules, causing serious consequences such as epidemic spread, etc., will be dealt with by the relevant departments according to the "people's Republic of China" The law of the people's Republic of China on the prevention and control of infectious diseases and other laws and regulations shall be investigated for their legal liabilities.
