On February 21, the industrial resumption index of Xinchang, Beilun and Shangcheng counties (cities and districts) exceeded 80, and green areas appeared for the first time. For example, in Shangcheng District of Hangzhou, the "five color map of epidemic situation" has been reduced from medium risk to low risk on February 12.

On February 18, the Department of economy and information technology of Zhejiang Province announced the resumption of work of top ten enterprises in manufacturing industry. Among them, the recovery rate of medical related chemical raw materials and chemical products manufacturing industry, textile industry and other industries is higher, more than 80%; the recovery rate of electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing industry, general equipment manufacturing industry and other industries serving manufacturing enterprises is lower, about 70%.

On February 22, Taizhou harvest rubber and Plastic Co., Ltd. resumed production, and small and micro rubber enterprises have thrown olive branches. "Originally, the monthly production capacity of the mixing center was about 1500 tons of rubber. On the first day of resumption of production, we received orders from six rubber enterprises for more than 2000 tons of rubber. The monthly output value is expected to reach 25 million yuan." Yu Yiming, general manager of the company, said, "internal mixing is the first process in the rubber industry chain, and now downstream customers are waiting for our compound to resume production. We plan to work in three shifts to strive for early delivery."
In the process of promoting the orderly return to work of enterprises, Zhejiang also pays attention to solving the problems of insufficient upstream and downstream supporting supply and limited production capacity of enterprises, giving priority to the overall planning of Enterprises above Designated Size and key supporting enterprises in the industrial chain, so as to achieve synchronous investigation and investigation, synchronous implementation of prevention and control, and synchronous return to work of the industrial chain.
