Blended silicone rubber: It is a synthetic rubber made by repeatedly refining raw silicone rubber onto a double roll rubber mixer or a closed kneading machine, gradually adding white carbon black, silicone oil, and other additives.

2. Classify room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber according to vulcanization temperature: It is a two-component condensed type of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber. Its raw rubber is usually hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane, which is combined with other additives and catalysts to form a rubber material. The viscosity range of this rubber material can be from 100 to one million millimeters. High temperature vulcanized silicone rubber: It is a polymer based on high molecular weight linear polydimethylsiloxane, mixed with reinforcing fillers and vulcanizing agents, and vulcanized into an elastic body under heating and pressure.

3. Classified by packaging form, single component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber: Although convenient to use, its vulcanization relies on moisture in the atmosphere, which limits the thickness of the vulcanized magnetic needle and can only be used in situations where a thickness of less than 6 millimeters is required. Two component room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber: It is the most common type of room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, and its raw rubber is usually hydroxyl terminated polysiloxane, which is combined with other additives and catalysts to form a rubber material. The viscosity range of this rubber material can be from 100 to one million millimeters.
