Firstly, we know that curing agents can affect the curing of silicone, and adding too much or too little can have an impact on the curing of silicone. Therefore, when adding curing agents, we must first read the instructions clearly, whether to add them by weight or by volume, and then add the curing agent according to the specified proportion;

2. Some users may have an error operation, which is to mix different types of curing agents. Different types of curing agents cannot be mixed, and the added mold adhesive will not react when it comes into contact with the tin component in the condensed silicone gel. Therefore, in order to avoid the non curing of silicone gel caused by operational errors of the curing agent, we need to use the corresponding model of curing agent. The operating tools should also be classified and not mixed, and do not come into contact with condensed products during molding.

3. Non curing of silicone due to uneven stirring. When operating silicone gel and curing agent, it is necessary to stir thoroughly and evenly, paying attention to the bottom of the container.

4. Only the surface of the mother mold has not been completely cured, and other parts have been cured well. If so, apply a layer of isolation film on the surface of the mother mold to prevent the components in the mother mold that are not conducive to silicone curing from coming into contact with the mold silicone.

5. If the operating temperature is below 0 degrees Celsius, the silicone and curing agent will not react. The ideal curing temperature for mold liquid silicone is between 20-30 degrees Celsius.
