As we all know, rubber mixing is an important raw material for rubber hose production. The type, quality and performance of rubber mixing will have a direct and critical impact on hose performance. In order to control the quality of the hose, Litong has come up with the idea of incorporating the production of rubber mixture into the development strategy of the enterprise. However, the scale of development and hardware facilities of Litong were insufficient at that time, making it difficult to establish a high-standard production line of compound, so the self production plan of compound was temporarily put on hold. At the beginning of the business, the opening mill in 2009 was a milestone year for Litong's rubber mixing business. Litong moved to a new plant site located in Luohe economic and Technological Development Zone, and put into operation the first fully automatic rubber mixing production line (gk90e) to comprehensively carry out rubber mixing production. At that time, the production of Litong rubber hose was in a jump up period, and Litong self-made rubber mix was only for internal use, not for public sale. The first automatic mixing production line (gk90e) was put into operation in 2019. The third phase of Litong project was put into operation. The Xifa mixing building located in Litong fluid intelligent industrial park was completed. The gk190e automatic mixing intelligent production line with an annual capacity of 10000 tons was put into operation successfully. Litong officially cooperated with Xifa (Shanghai) Hydraulic Technology Co., Ltd. to carry out the marketing project of rubber compound and rubber sealing products, and jointly pushed the high-quality compound produced by Litong and German formula to the rubber product market. At present, litongxi process rubber mixing workshop has Qingdao soft control full-automatic batching system, gk190e full-automatic rubber mixing production line and MES system, which represents the domestic technology integration, and has realized highly accurate automatic and information-based production mode. It is expected that by 2024, after the third phase of Litong project is put into full operation, the mixing output of Litong Xifa mixing workshop will reach 35000 tons, and the mixing industry will truly become one of the three pillar industries of Litong.
